My Crazy Life

My life as I live it....

Merry Christmas!

So, I promise you no constant flow of posts, but hey, if I have time, I will write! Today has been a very relaxing day overall. We had the Christmas service in the morning at Church, which was very nice and later one we had a wonderful turkey lunch. I teased everyone telling them that now I can have Thanksgiving because I was stuck on campus during Thanksgiving being a good RA and fulfilling my holiday duty time. Now some of the holiday duty is not as holiday like as others, but mine definitely was holiday like.

So this is my lovely family, Grandma and all. This is what one calls a low key Christmas and I like it very much. We had a great time. Oh, and I got a new toy, that is why I could post this picture here already..... Well, I have had much much more fun with it than that...

Also today Dad and I went to a few nursing homes a played some flute cello duets (of course Dad was on cello and me on flute silly!). That was a lot of fun. I didn't play particularly well, but the people enjoyed it and it made me happy to put a smile on their faces. Last year I believe Dad and I played at a nursing home as well. It is fun, even though I make a lot of mistakes... Maybe I should whip out the pic next year!

Playing cards with Mom and Grandma can be fun and very ruthless, I guess you could say I am a ruthless card player if I get into the game. So if you ever play Phase 10 with me, be prepared to be skipped! Ha Ha Ha Ha Grandma is fun to play cards with, she really gets into it and wait, did she just try to stack the deck so she could have wilds? Oh, nevermind, Mom ended up with them all anyways. So this was just some small telling of the days events, I don't really have anything to do now, tomorrow I am going to visit some more relatives and I hope to get a bigger card for my new toy!

Have a wonderful 12 Days of Christmas and God's Blessings to you all!

So now I use Blogger, but don't expect a constant flow of posts!

I was going to do this whole blog thing a year ago and it worked for a few weeks, then I stopped. Then I read what I wrote and erased it all... Crazy me! Anyways, I am now going to use this as a sort of way to keep people updated on what is going on in my life these days. Also as it is Christmas Eve I wish everyone who is reading this a very Merry Christmas! Keep checking back to see if I add anything about Christmas here at the beginning of next week. Soon I hope to start putting up photos on a website as well, so then you all can see what exactly it is that I do. Have a very Merry Christmas and remember Easter! God's Blessings! Michelle out.
